Choir Rehearsals are scheduled every Wednesday from 7:00 pm  —  8:30 pm.  This is a temporary change and rehearsal dates will be re-evaluated.  Please keep an eye on the parish calendar on our parish website for future updates!  We are still looking for more singers!  All are Parishioners 12 and up are welcome to join!

The Ministry of Christ    The tradition of the Holy Orthodox Church is one of pastoral care for Christ’s flock.  It is therefore customary for the Parish Priest to visit our faithful either at home or in the hospital during times of spiritual or physical sickness.
It is for this reason that we call Christ, “the Physician of our Souls and Bodies.”  Please remember to notify the Church office or Father Nick directly if you yourself are sick or have a loved one who is, so that the Ministry of Christ can be brought to those in need.  Do not assume that someone else will tell the Parish Priest or that he will just find out.  In accordance with the new privacy law, unless you call, we have no other way of knowing. Please call so Father Nick can make a pastoral visit and offer a prayer.

The Saint Nicholas Parish Bookstore is seeking volunteers for the entire Parish.  Please consider helping to set up and sell books one Sunday every few weeks.  Contract Sophia Roumanis, Artemis Leontis, Joy Melzian or Christopher A. Bekiares or call the Church office.  Thank you.

Commemorative Trees are still available to be sponsored in “memory of” or “for the health of” a loved one.
If interested, please contact Michael Challis, 734/971-6186  or

Our Saint Nicholas Philoptochos will sew blue bed pads for Arbor Hospice.  Sewing will take place on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Church, at 9:30 am.  All the ladies of the Parish are asked to come and help in this worthy cause.  The Staff at Arbor Hospice has expressed its gratitude, as the bed pads sewn by our ladies are a great comfort to the terminal patients in their care.
Bring your clean used bed sheets to the Church if you have any to donate.
